In order to streamline support requests and track issues I utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference complete archives and history of all your support requests are provided.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. You can also register an account to more easily keep track of your tickets (which I highly suggest doing). For information on how to send me your save please check the knowledgebase (linked at top).
