What if I haven't heard back from you?

I offer this service because I love this community and want to help it out. It's totally volunteered time, and sometimes real life issues may get in the way. If you haven't heard back in awhile after submitting the ticket then consider the following options:
- Make sure you've received emails from this server. When you first created a ticket the system sends out an email, and each time I reply it sends another. If you don't see that initial email then most likely it was filtered into your spam box. Pull that back out and if you can then whitelist te4support.org to prevent it happening in the future.
- Register an account! You can use this site perfectly fine without actually creating an account, but registering lets you easily see all your tickets (even ones created before creating the account) and check up on them. If your email server refuses to see emails from my server then this is your best bet.
- Reply to the ticket. As I said, sometimes life gets in the way. I don't mind at all if you update the ticket and inquire as to the status. Just please be polite.
